Most "my website doesn't convert" problems trace back to four specific breaks. I walk through them in this video.

The four gaps I check first
1. Contact form is silently broken. The form posts, the success page loads, the email never arrives. Easy to miss because nothing looks wrong from the visitor's side. I once audited a contractor site that had been "live" for eight months with a broken SMTP relay - zero leads had ever reached the inbox.
2. No clear call-to-action. Visitors read the page, don't see what to do next, and leave. Every page needs one next-step action, visually dominant, consistent across the site. "Contact us" at the bottom of a 4,000-word about page is not a CTA.
3. Tracking isn't installed. Google Analytics 4 plus a conversion event on form submit is the minimum. Without it you can't tell ads from organic, can't measure which pages convert, can't optimize anything. Ads run blind - and blind ad spend is just a subscription to Google.
4. Speed kills on mobile. Largest Contentful Paint above 2.5 seconds is measurably losing you bounces. Most of it is uncompressed images, render-blocking scripts, or a bloated page builder that the business owner never knew they were paying for in performance.
The video walks through each with examples from real Atlanta-area small-business sites.
